QCS-TBT有机无机杂化膜对重金属Cr(Ⅵ)吸附性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用溶胶-凝胶法制备出一系列季铵化壳聚糖-钛酸正丁酯有机无机杂化膜,该杂化膜能够较好地对水中Cr(Ⅵ)进行化学和物理吸附。研究了杂化膜中钛酸正丁酯含量、溶液pH值、吸附时间和Cr(Ⅵ)溶液初始浓度等因素对Cr(Ⅵ)吸附能力的影响。结果表明:当Cr(Ⅵ)初始浓度为40mg/L时,钛酸正丁酯质量分数为20%、pH值为3,吸附时间为3.5h时,该有机无机杂化膜最佳吸附量为15.6mg/g。 The physical and chemical adsorption for Cr (Ⅵ) from aqueous solution by using QCS-TBT organic-inorganic hybrid membranes was introduced which was prepared through sol-gel reaction.The effects of parameters including TBT proportion of hybrid membrane,pH value,time,and initial concentration of Cr(Ⅵ) on the adsorption activity were investigated to determine the optimal conditions for removing Cr(Ⅵ).The results showed that the removal rate could reach a maximum when the TBT proportion was 20%,pH value was 3,adsorption time was 3.5h and the initial concentration of Cr (Ⅵ) was 40rag/L,and the saturation adsorption capacities of QCS-TBT hybrid membranes for Cr(Ⅵ) were up to 15.6mg/g.
