根据统计数据分析,我国白酒市场已趋于饱和,开拓国际市场,走国际化道路是白酒发展的需要。白酒的国际化是一项庞大的系统工程,涉及到体制转轨、标准修订、人才培养和文化推广等多个领域和环节,单靠某个部门或企业散兵游勇式地单打独斗难有成效,必须从体制、市场、人才及技术标准等方面进行综合研究,认真分析,找准对策,才能真正走好白酒的国际化之路。
According to the statistical data analysis, domestic liquor market has become saturated. Exploration of the international market and liquor's internationalization are required for liquor development. Liquor's internationalization is a huge systematic project, involving dozens of fields and steps such as institutional transition, standard revision, personnel training and the promotion of culture, etc. Therefore, it is hard to obtain effective results through the efforts made by individual department or enterprise. A comprehensive research on the structure, market, talent and technical standards, etc. must be performed in order to find a right measure of liquor's internationalization after careful analysis.
