摘要
建立了一种快速测定竹叶青酒中栀子苷含量的超高效液相色谱分析方法。使用ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18(1.7μm,2.1×50mm)色谱柱,以乙腈-水(10∶90,V/V)为流动相,采用紫外检测器(检测波长238nm)对竹叶青中的栀子苷进行测定。结果表明,在24~960mg/ml范围内竹叶青酒中栀子苷含量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.999986,精密度和稳定性试验相对标准偏差均小于5%,加样回收率达到99.43%。该测定方法简单、准确、精密度高、重现性好,且分析速率大大提高。
AUPLC method for the rapid determinat ion of geniposide in Zhuyeqing liquor and its products was developed. Geniposide separated by the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water on the ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 (1.7μm,2.1 ×50mm) column, and detected at 238nm by TUV detection. The results showed that geniposide presented a good linear relation between concentration and peak area within the range of 24~960mg/ml ( r=0.999986) . The relative standard deviat ion ( RSD) of reproducibility and stability experiments was lower than 5% and the average recovery rate of geniposide was 99.43%, proving that the method was a simple accurate method with high reproducibility,and very fast.
