摘要
通过两年对湖北白云边小曲固态法白酒生产跟踪,分析了150多个酒样,总结小曲固态法白酒的蒸馏曲线,探索了生产季节的变化对小曲固态法白酒微量成分影响和变化规律。可用于指导生产、量质摘酒、基酒评级;对小曲固态白酒新产品开发、酒体设计有重要的参考价值。
Through two years of Hubei Baiyunbian xiaoqu traditional Chinese spirits production tracking, analyzing more than 150 wine samples, summed ditty solid liquor distillation curve, exploring the production of seasonal changes affect small liquor trace components and variation. Can be used to guide the production, the amount of quality pick wine, the base wine ratings; ditty solid liquor on new product development, design wine has important reference value.
