研究了基于物联网的电梯安全监控技术以及应急救援响应和救援对策。整个系统由基于嵌入式系统的终端数据采集及故障诊断系统、基于无线传感网的数据传输与远程监控系统、基于专家系统的故障预警及监控系统和应急救援响应及救援对策体系组成，实现了呼叫中心，具有实时监控、应急调度，视频监控，语音安抚、决策分析等功能。

This paper focused on the elevator safety monitoring technology and emergency rescue response ＆ rescue countermeasures based on Internet of Things technology. The system consists of terminal data collection and fault diagnosis system based on embedded system, data transmission and remote monitoring system based on wireless sensor network, fault warning ＆ monitoring system and emergency rescue response ＆ rescue countermeasure system based on expert system, to achieve the call center with real-time monitoring, emergency scheduling, video surveillance, voice appease, decision analysis and other functions.
