摘要
以旱生豆科植物小叶锦鸡儿为材料,利用RT-PCR和RACE方法克隆了CBF/DREB1基因cDNA全序列。结果表明:小叶锦鸡儿CBF/DREB1序列全长为1,022bp,包括565bp的开放阅读框(ORF),起始密码子为ATG,终止密码子为TAA,包括128bp的5'UTR、279bp的3'UTR、加尾信号AATAAA和poly(A)12。
full length cDNAs of the CBF/DREB1 from Caragana microphylia are cloned by combination of RT- PCR and RACE, and the sequence was analyzed by computer. The results showed： the full length of the cloned sequence of CBF/DREB1 is 1, 022bp. It includes an open reading frame of 565bp, the start codon ATG, the stop codon TAA, the 5＇UTR and 3＇UTR of 128bp and 279bp respectively, and the polyadenylation signal AATAAA and a poly（A） tail of 12 adenosine.
