摘要
利用FLUENT软件对某电厂600 MW负荷下不同燃尽风率及燃尽风旋转角度下的工况进行了数值计算。结果表明,增大燃尽风率,可以抑制NOx的生成,但会增加未燃尽损失。燃尽风旋转角度,对于炉膛出口烟温、NOx生成有一定的影响但影响较小,对煤粉燃尽率影响较大,当角度过大时这种影响减小。
Based on the FLUENT software, it conducts a numerical calculation for a 600MW-output power plant under different over fire ratio and over fire rotation angle. The results show that the increment of the over fire ratio can help to prevent the production of NOx, but lead to the combustion loss. For the over fire rotation angle, it has little effect on the flue gas outlet temperature of the furnace and the production of NOX, but affects the combustion ratio of the pulverized-coal. However, when the rotation angle is too large, its influence will decrease.
