Fracture Toughness Testing and Research of Material Q235 Commonly Used to Large-scale Harbor Machine Constructions

采用大型港口机械结构常用材料Q2 35的常用板厚及T -L、L -T取向的试件进行试验 ,测定平面应力状态下的断裂韧性Kc 值 ,以期将断裂力学成果推向工程实际应用 。

In the article the samples are two orientation ranges of T-L and L-T (T-L means rolling direction and L-T means transverse direction) according to the common thickness of material Q235 used in harbor machine manufacture industry. By means of mathematical statistics, we acquired the plate stress fracture toughness K c,and put it forward to apply it to the real progress of the safety evaluation of construction and residual life calculations.
