棉织物纳米TiO_2溶胶自清洁功能整理工艺 被引量:4

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法,以Ti(OC4H9)4为前驱体,在常压低温下合成纳米TiO2水溶胶,并应用于棉织物的自清洁整理。探索不同整理工艺对棉织物表面的纳米TiO2晶型、分散性和结晶度的影响,并利用XRD和SEM进行表征。结果表明,棉织物经浸轧烘-汽蒸整理工艺处理后,表面纳米TiO2粒子分散均匀,结晶强度高,对亚甲基蓝溶液的降解率可达88%以上,对红酒和咖啡等污渍自洁效果明显,且整理后织物的断裂强力无明显变化。 Shanghai Textile Research Institute, Shanghai 200082, China With Ti(OC4H9) 4 as a precursor, nano-TiO2 hydrosol is prepared by sol-gel method at ambient pressure and low temperature,and then applied to the self-cleaning finishing of cotton. The effect of finishing processes on crystal form, disper- sion and crystallinity of TiO2 are studied. TiO2 particles on the cotton surface are also characterized by XRD and SEM. The re- sults show that nano-TiO2 with high crystalline intensity is well dispered on the surface of cotton by a dip-pad-dry-steam finish- ing process. The finished fabric features more than 88% degradation of Methylene Blue solution, obvious degradation of red wine and coffee stains with neady unchanged breaking strength.
