非织造布用棉散纤维的漂白工艺

摘要 采用湿强高、易降解的棉散纤维作为非织造布新型原料。介绍了棉散纤维原料的选择、煮练前处理、漂白、水洗和柔软处理等工艺。结果表明,采用该工艺处理后,漂白棉白度可达86以上,吸水量≥23.5g/g,吸水时间(医用棉沉入水面以下所需的时间)〈2s,pH值6~7;且无色斑,无味,具有良好的柔软度、蓬松感和爽滑感,制成非织造布,可达到有关质量要求。 Cotton loose fiber, featuring high wet strength and readily degradable property, is selected as a new raw material for non-woven fabric. The raw material selection, pretreatment, bleaching, washing and softening of the cotton loose fiber are discussed. The results show that the whiteness of the finished cotton fiber is above 86, the water absorption is not less than 23.5 g per gram of fiber,the absorbent time is less than 2 s,and its pH is between 6 -7. The fiber is speckless, odorless, soft, fluffy and smooth. Nonwoven fabrics made with the fiber can reach related quality requirements.
