摘要
采用多效合一助剂Foryl MAG对棉弹力纱卡进行冷堆一步法煮漂前处理。Foryl MAG集渗透、乳化螯合、分散、稳定双氧水等功能于一体,含有复合型活性组分。通过试验,考察双氧水、烧碱和Foryl MAG用量,以及轧液率等对前处理效果的影响,其优化的工艺条件为:双氧水18 g/L,烧碱40 g/L,Foryl MAG 20 g/L,轧液率90%以上。结果表明,该助剂的处理条件温和,织物损伤小,节能减排降耗。
The one step cold batch scouring and bleaching of stretch cotton twill fabric is carried out with multifunctional agent Foryl MAG. The mechanism and constitution of Foryl MAG is introduced, and processing parameters exerting influence on pretreatment effect are discussed, such as dosages of hydrogen peroxide, caustic soda and Foryl MAG and pickup. The optimum process is: hydrogen peroxide 18 g/L, caustic soda 40 g/L, Foryl MAG 20 g/L and pickup above 90%0 This process features mild treatment, little fiber damage, energy conservation and emission reduction.
