Data Fusion Technique in Navigation Collision Avoidance Decision Supporting System

在航海避碰决策支持系统中引入数据融合技术 ,给出了系统的数据融合处理模型 ,并将数据融合技术与人工智能技术相结合 ,分别建立了基于DS证据理论、神经网络技术和模糊理论的目标识别模型。

The paper introduces data fusion technique into navigation collision avoidance decision supporting system.Data fusion processing model is given.Combining data fusion technique with AI,the model of target recognition,encounter situation assessment and collision threat assessment are proposed,which are based on Dempster Shafer reasoning theory,neural network technology and fuzzy theory.
