对甲苯磺酸含量检测方法的研究

摘要 为了检测对甲苯磺酸的含量,分别采用了EDTA返滴定法、紫外分光光度法、玫瑰红酸钠-BaCl2容量法对样品进行测定,并对实验误差及引起误差的原因进行了详尽的分析和探讨,同时得到了3种实验方法的回收率。实验结果表明:用EDTA返滴定法测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.91%,加标回收率(R)为98.23%。99.54%;紫外分光光度计法测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.87%,加标回收率(R)为104.77%。118.05%;玫瑰红酸钠-BaCl2法测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.29%,加标回收率(R)为99.58%~100.08%。 In order to detect content of p-toluene sulfonic acid, EDTA back titration,ultraviolet spectrophotometry and rosy acid sodium-BaC12 volumetric method were respectively used to detect the sample. The experiment deviation and reasons to result in the deviation were analyzed particularly. The recovery rates &three experiment methods were obtained at the same time. The result shows that the relative standard deviation of EDTA back titration is 0.91%, the recovery is in the range of 98.23% to 99.54%; the relative standard deviation of ultraviolet spectrophotometry is 4.87% and the recovery is in the range of 104.77% to 118.05%; the relative standard deviation of rosy acid sodium-BaC12 volumetric method is 0.29% and the recovery is in the range of 99.58% to100.08%.
