摘要
由于真空度下降、珠光砂沉降而引起的结霜现象,严重影响了低温贮罐的安全性。对此,提出了对夹层补砂、重新抽空的维修处理措施,提高了低温贮罐的绝热效果,有效抑制了结霜现象,使冷损基本恢复至正常水平,保障了贮罐的安全性。
The frosting caused by the vacuum drop and pearl sand sedimentation, seriously affects the safety of cryogenic tanks. In this paper, maintain measures of refilling sand and re-evacuating for the jacket were put forward, which can improve the cryogenic storage tank's insulation effect, effectively inhibit the frosting phenomenon. So cold damage basically returned to normal levels, which can ensure the safety of the tanks.
