摘要
国家质量监督检验检疫总局,2010年对原编号JJG667-1997(以下简称旧规程)《液体容积式流量计检定规程》进行了修订,同年9月6日发布,其编号为JJG667-2010(以下简称新规程),并与2011年3月6日正式实施,至今已运行了2年多。新规程与旧规程相比进行了科学修改,尤其在原油在线检定方面,做了修改。本文主要介绍新旧标准的不同,讨论修改的必要性。
The state administration of quality supervision revised liquid volumeflowmeter verification regulation JJG667-1997 in 2010, and implemented new regulation JJG667-2010 in 2011; it has been used for more than 2 years. Compared with the old rule, the scientificalness of the new rule is increased, especially in the aspect of crude oil on-line verification. In this paper, the difference between the new rule and old rule standards was introduced; the necessity of modification was discussed.
