摘要
由于孔子孟子坚持孝道优位思想,导致他们在一定程度上忽视了公德、法制和公平。针对孝道优位思想所衍生的流弊,荀子对孝道进行了改造,降低了孝道的重要性。荀子之所以提出君恩重于亲恩的观点,主要是因为士人阶层对专制君主有严重的依赖性。这标志着荀子在一定程度上摆脱了血缘本位思想的束缚。
As Confucius and Mencius insisted on the view of filial piety preference, they ignored the social morality, law and justice in a certain extent. In order to solve the problems which were caused by the view of filial piety preference, Xun Zi rebuilt filial piety and reduced the significance of filial piety. Considering the fact that intellectuals relied on greatly on absolute monarchs, Xun Zi suggested that the grace of monarchs was more important than the grace of parents. This indicated that Xun Zi had gotten rid of the chains of the consanguinity-centeredness in a certain extent.
