Cimber taukushi Marlatl is a main pest of eating leaves of poplar in Yakeshi area. C.taukushi Marlatl has one generation in a year and overwinters in the form of old larvae. The larvae of C.taukushi Marlatl like to eat broadleaf trees such as poplar and willow. The test of spraying pesticides carried out in laboratory or field showed that the control effect was over 80%.
