摘要 以水合肼为还原剂,在碱性条件下室温还原六水合硝酸钴(Co(NO3)2·6H2O)制备钴粉。探究了NaOH加入量对钴粉晶体结构的影响,以及NaOH加入量和3种不同的钴离子溶剂对形貌的影响。结果表明:在实验浓度范围内,所制备钴粉样品中fcc相的百分含量随着NaOH量的增加而呈不断增大的趋势;NaOH量较低时,钴粉为表面光滑的球形颗粒,随着NaOH量的增加,颗粒偏离球形,表面变粗糙,而当NaOH量较大时,颗粒形状变得不规则,且尺寸变小;以乙二醇为钴离子溶剂可制得表面光滑的完整球形钴粉颗粒。 Cobalt nitrate hexahydrate(Co(NO3 )z " 6HzO) was reduced at room temperature under alkaline con- ditions using hydrazine hydrate as reducing agent to prepare cobalt powder. The influence of the amount of sodium hy- droxide on the crystal structure of cobalt, as well as the amount of sodium hydroxide and three different solvents for cobalt ions on the morphology, were explored. The results showed that, within the concentration range of the experi- ments, the concent of fcc phase of the prepared cobalt powder sample increased with the increasing of the amount of sodium hydroxide. The morphology of cobalt powder was spherical and smooth when a small amount of sodium hy- droxide was added. With the increasing of the amount of sodium hydroxide, the shape of the particles deviates from sphericity and the surface becomes rough. While the amount of sodium hydroxide became very large, the shape of the particles became irregular and its particle size became smaller. When the ethylene glycol was employed as solvent for cobalt ions, complete spherical cobalt particles with smooth surface can be obtained.
