摘要
采用水溶液离子交换法对NaX沸石分子筛进行Ce3+改性,制得Ce-NaX沸石分子筛。主要研究了反应条件、离子配比对Ce-NaX沸石分子筛结构的影响,采用SEM、EDS、XRD和FT-IR分析手段对Ce-NaX沸石分子筛进行了结构表征。结果表明:通过离子交换成功地将Ce3+引入NaX沸石分子筛中,且Ce3+的引入并没有改变NaX沸石分子筛原本的骨架结构和晶体构型。
Ce-NaX zeolite molecular sieve was prepared by ion-exchange with Cea+ in water solution. The influe- nce of the reaction conditions and ion ratio on the structure of Ce-NaX zeolite molecular sieve were studied. The struc- ture of Ce-NaX zeolite molecular sieve was characterized by SEM, EDS, XRD and FT-ItL The results showed that, Ce3 + was successfully pulled into NaX zeolite, and the original skeleton structure and crystal structure did not change after Cea + ion-exchange process.
