摘要
用无烟煤作助磨剂(球磨减小镁的粒度),用焦煤作热成型的粘结剂,制得了具有一定粒度和机械强度的储氢材料.扫描电镜观测结果表明,储氢材料中的镁和无烟煤颗粒被受热时发生熔融的焦煤粘结了起来.X射线衍射测试结果表明,镁吸氢后成为四方晶系MgH2.当焦煤添加量为15%~25%、热处理温度为500~600℃时,制得耐磨强度较高的块状储氢材料.
Hydrogen storage materials of certain particle size and mechanical strength were prepared using co- king coal as binder for the powders from milling of magnesium with anthracite as milling aid. The observation by scan- ning electron microscope showed that the particles of magnesium and anthracite in the materials were well binded by the coking coal which became melted when heated. The X-ray diffraction analysis showed that the magnesium can hy- dride into MgH2 of tetrahedral crystal structure. When the suitable addition of coking coal was 15%--25%, and the appropriate heat treatment temperature was 500--600 ℃,the high wear-resistant strength bulk hydrogen storage ma- terials were prepared.
