摘要
综述了HMX结晶形貌的研究进展。简要介绍了HMX在二甲基亚砜、丙酮、丁内酯等常用溶剂中的溶解度;着重探讨了棱柱状、球形、片状等形貌HMX晶体形成的结晶方法及工艺条件,如温度、搅拌速率、表面活性剂、超声等。同时也讨论了HMX结晶形貌的数值模拟研究现状。指出现有理论模型的修正将是未来数值模拟研究的重点,并提出采用实验结合理论模拟的手段可研究不同形貌HMX形成的条件和机理。
The crystallization morphology of HMX is reviewed. The solubilities of HMX in different solvents are introduced, including DMSO, acetone, butyrolactone and so on. The crystallization methods and the technological conditions which form spherical, prismatic, needle HMX are presented emphatically, such as temperature, stirring rate, surfactant, ultrasound. Meanwhile, numerical simulation of HMX crystallization morphology is discussed, the modification of models will become the key point of simulation in future. The incorporation of experiment and simula tion can not only better explain the conditions and mechanism ofdifferent morphologies of HMX, but also lay the foundation for studying the properties of different morphologies Of HMX.
