无铅多铁性复合薄膜材料的研究

摘要 无铅多铁性复合薄膜材料是一种具有磁电耦合效应的新型功能材料,有望完全取代易产生环境污染的含铅的多铁性复合薄膜材料用于磁电多功能器件。论述了多铁性复合材料磁电耦合效应的产生机理,阐述了无铅多铁性复合薄膜材料的类型及研究进展,最后指出了该种材料目前研究中存在的主要问题和今后应重点进行的研究工作。 Leadflee multiferroic composite film is a new type of functional materials which has magnetoelectric coupling effect. It is expected to completely replace leadbased multiferroic composite film which is easy to produce en vironmental pollution and to be used in magnetoelectric multifunction devices. The generation mechanism of magneto electric coupling effect of multiferroic composite film is discoursed. The type of materials and research progress on the leadfree multiferroic composite films are also expounded. Finally, the main problems in the research of leadfree mul tiferroic composite films and the future research direction are pointed out.
