摘要 综述了近年来国内外关于近紫外LED用荧光粉的研究进展,重点介绍了近紫外LED用三基色荧光粉(红、绿、蓝)、黄色荧光粉和白色荧光粉的光谱特性,并提出了需进一步研究的问题。 The advance of phosphors for the near-ultraviolet light emitting diodes (LED) in recent years is re viewed, focusing on the spectral characteristics of the tri-color phosphors (red, green, blue), yellow phosphor and white phosphor for the near-ultraviolet LED, and the prospective issue is proposed.
