利用预变形孪晶结构调控镁合金组织和力学行为

摘要 综述了利用孪晶组织来调控镁合金组织、力学性能和塑性加工性能方面的进展。以利用预变形制备含有孪晶组织的镁合金材料为主线,分别简述了利用孪晶组织强韧化镁合金的现象、机制及存在的主要问题。随后总结了利用预变形孪生调控镁合金织构和组织来改善板材的轧制、冲压和挤压加工性能的研究。同时对如何利用预变形孪晶改善镁合金各向异性的研究进展进行了系统的总结。最后,展望了利用孪晶组织改善镁合金性能的前景和发展方向。 The progress on tailoring microstructure, mechanical properties and plastic processing performance of Mg alloy by prestrained twins are systematically reviewed. The phenomena, mechanism and problems in strengthe ning and toughening of Mg alloy containing twins are concluded. The application of twinning in modifying texture and microstructure to improve the rolling, stretching and extruding performance are summarized subsequently. The me chanical anisotropy of Mg alloys with twins is also discussed. At last, the prospective and further trend of mechanical twins for modification of microstrueture,texture and mechanical properties are presented.
