为了延长制造型企业大型设备使用寿命,降低维护成本,开发设备综合监控与预警系统。该系统综合运用物联网技术、现场总线技术、无线技术、人工智能技术等,构建覆盖全厂范围的物联网络,实时采集设备信号,对设备故障进行预警。

In order to extend the life of large-scale equipment and reduce maintenance costs in manufacturing enterprises, equipment integrated monitoring and early warning system is developed. The system is integrated using of networking technol- ogy, fieldbus technology, wireless technology, artificial intelligence technology. Plant-wide network of IOT is built. Real-time equipment signal acquisition and the equipment failure early warning are implemented.
