摘要
介绍基于虚拟仪器的MEMS陀螺仪静态性能测试系统的设计。系统利用虚拟仪器、STC89C52单片机、nRF24L01无线通信芯片和转台实现MEMS陀螺仪数据的自动采集,并通过软件滤波和数学算法进行数据处理,得出陀螺仪标度因数、非线性度、零偏稳定性等静态性能参数,实现陀螺仪静态性能参数的自动测量。
A set of MEMS gyroscope static performance test system based on virtual instrument is designed. Virtual in- strument, STC89C52 microeontroller, nRF24L01 wireless communications chips and turntable arc used to realize automatic data collecting, and data is processed through software filtering and mathematical algorithms. The static performance parame- ters of gyroscope factor, non-linearity and zero bias stability etc. are derived through data processing of sottware filter and mathematical algorithms are acquired. The automatic measurement of static performance parameters of gyroscope are imple- mented.
