FRⅡ型功能矫治器矫治早期安氏Ⅱ~1错临床效果研究

A clinical study of FR Ⅱ appliance in early treatment of Class Ⅱ~1 malocclusion

目的评价FRⅡ型功能性矫治器矫治早期安氏Ⅱ1错[牙合]畸形的临床效果。方法选择2005--2012年在中国医科大学口腔医学院正畸科就诊的安氏Ⅱ’错[牙合]畸形患儿26例，应用FRⅡ型功能性矫治器进行功能性矫治，在治疗前后拍摄头颅侧位片，并用winCeph8．0头影测量软件进行分析。结果26例患儿矫治时间6～14个月，平均10．08个月。矫治后侧貌均得到明显改善，磨牙关系达中性或偏近中，前牙覆拾、覆盖基本正常。结论FRⅡ型功能性矫治器可促进下颌生长，同时刺激上、下颌牙齿及牙槽骨发生有利的改变，从而协调上、下颌关系，改善安氏Ⅱ1错[牙合]拿畸形患者侧貌。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of function regulator Ⅱ （FR Ⅱ ） appliances in the treatment of skeletal Class Ⅱ1 malocclusion. Methods Totally 26 child patients with skeletal Class Ⅱ1 malocclusion were treated with FR Ⅱ appliances. Cephalometric radiographs were taken and analyzed at pre-treatment and post-treatment. Paired T-test was used to determine if there were significant differences by SPSS 13.0. Results After a treatment by FR Ⅱ , the growth of the mandible was stimulated. Overbite, overjet, ANB （°） and lip protrusion decreased significantly （P 〈 0.05 ）, while SNB （°） and L1-MP（°） increased significantly （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion FR Ⅱ appliances is fit for the early orth- odontic treatment of skeletal Class Ⅱ1~ malocclusion. A harmonious relationship between upper and lower jaws and a bet- ter profile can be obtained.
