自制含钛镍铬烤瓷合金体外细胞毒性实验

摘要 目的评价2种自制含钛镍铬烤瓷合金的细胞毒性。方法本研究于2009年5—12月在中国医科大学中心实验室完成。分别将2种自制含钛镍铬烤瓷合金(2、3号合金)、纯钛、普通镍铬合金及铅的浸提液与体外培养的细胞接触后,进行MTT实验来评定材料的细胞毒性。结果 2、3号合金毒性为1级,钛的毒性为0级,镍铬毒性为1级,铅在细胞培养72 h后毒性级由1级增至2级。结论自制的含钛镍铬烤瓷合金符合临床应用要求,生物相容性好于目前临床常用的普通镍铬合金。 Objective To test the cytotoxicity of two kinds of self-made nickel-chromium ceramic alloy containing tita- nium. Methods From May 2009 to Dec. 2009 in the Centric Lab. of China Medical University the test was performed. After mixing the maceration extraction of the materials with the cultures of L-929 cells, we evaluated cytotoxicity by us- ing tetrazolium-based colorimetrie assay. Results The cytotoxicity of the two kinds of self-made nickel-chromium ce- ramic alloy was stronger than that of pure Ti, and weaker than that of Ni-Cr alloy. Conclusion The self-made nick- el-chromium ceramic alloy containing titanium meet the clinical requirement and has better bioeompatibility than the currently clinically commonly used alloy.
