温和灸中极穴、曲骨穴治疗脊髓损伤患者尿潴留的效果观察

Effect of the mild moxibustion in polar hole and symphysis pubis hole to treat urinary retention of spinal cord injury patients

目的探讨温和灸中极穴、曲骨穴治疗脊髓损伤患者尿潴留的疗效。方法采用随机数字法将50例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各25例,对照组采用常规西医疗法:脊髓休克期采用持续留置尿管间歇开放法导尿,脊髓恢复期采用间歇导尿法导尿。治疗组在对照组的基础上,取中极穴、曲骨穴温和灸。入院后第2天及治疗2个疗程后评价膀胱功能积分;治疗2个疗程评价疗效。结果治疗2个疗程后2组膀胱功能积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组膀胱功能恢复情况优于对照组。治疗2个疗程后2组患者疗程比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论在西医常规治疗的基础上,及早温和灸中极穴、曲骨穴治疗脊髓损伤性尿潴留疗效显著。

Objective To explore treatment effect of the mild moxibustion in polar hole symphysis pubis hole on spinal cord injury patients with urinary retention. Methods Use a randomized digital method. 50 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each 25 cases and control group by routine western medicine therapy： spinal shock period for the urinary catheter intermittent open method, recovery of spinal cord by intermittent catheterization. The treatment group on the basis of in the control group, take most hole symphysis pubis hole mild moxihustion. The second day after admission and 2 times＂ treatments evaluate 0 bladder function, 2 times＂ treatments efficacy evaluation. Results After 2 times＂ treatments, compared bladder fimetion of 2 groups differences have statistical significance （P〈0.05）, the treatment group was better than control group bladder function recovery. After 1 treatment, course of treatment of 2 groups were different （P〈0.05）, the curative effect of treatment group was better than control group. Conclusion In the western medicine conventional treatment on the basis of, mild moxibustion as early as possible in the polar hole symphysis pubis hole treatment of spinal cord injury urinary retention curative effect is distinct.
