摘要
目的探索与临床护理带习资源相匹配的实习护生轮转表的编制方法,以保证临床护理教学质量。方法将2011年-2012年在本院进行护理实习的学生组长及临床护理带教组长按照实习年份分成对照组及实验组,自行设计实习护生和带习老师护理教学安排满意度调查表,采取问卷调查的方式对2组实习组长及带教组长进行调查,采用SPSS统计软件进行两样本t检验。结果实验组学生及教师的教学安排满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论教一习匹配护理实习轮转表既能够满足实习护生的实习需求,又能和临床护理带教负荷相匹配,保证了临床护理带教工作顺利开展。
Objective To explore teach-learning matching nursing practice rotary table to ensure the quality of clinical nursing teaching. Methods Select student leader and nursing teaching leader of 2011-2010 years divided into control group and experimental group, survey satisfaction degree by nursing teaching arrangement satisfaction questionnaire of nursing students and teachers that designed by myself, using SPSS statistical software for two samples t-test. Results The students and teachers' teaching arrangement satisfaction higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion Teach - learning matching nursing practice rotary table not only can satisfy the practice nurses' practice needs, but also ensure the clinical nursing teaching work with the smooth development.
