Dimensions of the Rule of Law in Livelihood Security

解决民生问题是我国法治建设的根本任务,同时也是当前党和政府政治决策的重要内容和根本目标。民生保障与法治建设相互联系,相互作用,民生保障对法治存在着依赖关系,法治也需要反映民生。为此,我们必须在经济发展的基础上,推进民生法治建设,加强立法以保障民生,公正司法以保护民生,依法行政以惠及民生,以此加快社会建设事业的发展,保障民生,维护民权,努力建设民生法治。

To solve the problems of people＇s livelihood is the important eontent of the government＇s political decision- making and is also the fundamental task of the legal construction. People＇s livelihood security and the legal con- struetion are interrelated, livelihood security depending on the rule of law and the rule of law reflecting livelihood security. On the basis of economic development we should promote people＇s livelihood, strengthen legislation to protect people＇s livelihood and administrate according to law for the benefit of the people＇s livelihood in order to speed up the development of social construction, protect people＇s livelihood,maintain civil rights and build a liveli- hood law.
