高拱坝砼自生体积变形模型分析及其对抗裂性能影响评价 被引量:2

摘要 水工高坝混凝土的自生体积变形对其各项性能影响显著,尤其是对抗裂性能。依托锦屏一级拱坝混凝土的全级配、湿筛试件所测试的自生体积变形试验结果,结合欧洲、日本混凝土自生体积分析模型,建立锦屏拱坝混凝土自生体积变形模型,并分析其对坝体抗裂性能的影响。结论表明:锦屏一级拱坝混凝土自生体积变形量仍较大,最大值达-29.8×10-6,且全级配试件120 d龄期测试的自生体积变形值略低于湿筛试件所测试的结果,150 d龄期后全级配试验所测得自生体积变形量则要高于湿筛试验的测试值。建议施工中掺加膨胀型外加剂,以抑制自生体积收缩变形。 Autogenous deformation of dam concrete still brings influence to crack resistance performance. With test results from full-gra- ded and wet-screened samples, autogenous deformation model of Jinping I arch dam was presented. Dam concrete' s initial deformation is not related with temperature stress and final deformation is from concrete' s drying shrinkage. It showed that autogenous deformation maximum of Jinping I arch dam is to -29.8× 10-6 ,autogenous deformation values from full-graded tests of 120 d age is below those from wet-screened samples. But, in 150 d age, deformation values of full-graded tests are above those from wet-screened samples. Ex- pansion admixture is introduced into concrete on construction period and could prevent shrinkage deformation.
