摘要
为评价风电送出及消纳的综合社会经济效益,基于构建的评价指标体系,建立了指数标度优化层次评价模型,并对不同风电消纳方式进行了社会经济效益评价。以特高压直流工程配套风电为例进行了实证,分别对3种配套风电装机容量进行分析比较,得到了社会经济效益综合评价结果。
In order to evaluate the social and economic benefits of wind power consumption, the level - evaluation model with the optimized index scale was established based on the built evaluation index system, as well as the social and economic benefits of different schemes of wind power consumption were evaluated. Taking the supporting wind power in UHVDC project as example, this paper compared three installed capacities of wind power and obtained the comprehensive evaluation results of social and economic benefits of wind power consumption.
