Installation and Quality Control Technique of Turbine Plate in Haiyang Nuclear Power Plant

以海阳核电厂为例,论述了1 000 MW级核电机组汽轮机的支撑方式;核电与火电机组汽轮机可调垫铁的区别;核电厂汽轮机垫铁安装与质量控制技术。安装实践表明,可调垫铁的可调功能使台板安装效率增加,减少了安装工期;无论是顶丝垫板与可调垫铁同时安装、灌浆工艺,还是顶丝垫板和可调垫铁先后安装、灌浆工艺,通过严格的过程管理,均可保证获得良好的安装质量。

Taking Haiyang nuclear power plant as an example, the support types of 1 000 MW nuclear power turbine, the adjustable plate difference between nuclear power unit and thermal power unit, as well as the installation and quality control technique of turbine plate in nuclear power plant were discussed. The installation practice shows that the installation efficiency of base plate is improved and the installation period is reduced due to the adjustable function of adjustable plate. Whether the jacking plate and adjustable plate are installed and grouted at the same time or the adjustable plate is installed and grouted after the jacking plate, the good erection quality can be ensured with strict process management.
