摘要
针对一种特殊爆燃动力装置在客机试飞条件下的安全可靠性要求,基于爆燃动力装置的结构、功能和工作原理,从结构特征、机舱内环境和功能特殊要求等方面,深入分析了影响该装置安全可靠性的主要因素及其作用机理;在隔振减振、防电磁干扰和火药安定性诸方面,进行了针对性的安全可靠性设计,并开展了该爆燃动力装置安全可靠性的地面模拟试验以及客机试飞实践检验。结果表明影响因素与机理分析正确,安全可靠性设计合理,装置安全可靠性达到了预期要求。
Aimed at the safety and reliability requirement of a particular detonation powerplant on an airliner, based on the structure, the function and the working principle, the main factors and action mechanism, which influenced the safety and reliability of the detonation powerplant, were analyzed from the structure characteristic, the cabin environment and the special function requirement. The technologies in damping vibration, defending electromagnetic interference and increasing gunpowder stability were applied, to improve the safety and reliability of the detonation powerplant. The ground simulation test and the airliner flight test verified that the analysis on influencing factors and action mechanism was correct, and the corresponding technologies were reasonable. The study indicated that the safety and reliability of the detonation powerplant achieved the expected requirements.
