摘要
基于激光驱动烟火光开关的作用原理与受力过程,提出了一种激光驱动的高效耦合烟火光开关的设计方法,对激光驱动烟火光开关的结构、装药进行了研究,并开展激光驱动烟火光开关的性能试验。试验结果表明其耦合效率大于85%,作用时间小于1ms,能够有效提高激光火工品系统光能量安全隔断与传输的可靠性。
Based on the function principle ofpyro-optical switch and its stress procedure, a design method of high efficient laser driven pyro-optical switch was proposed, the structure of laser driven pyro-optical switch, the performance of charge were studied and the performance test for laser driven pyro-optical switch was carried out. It showed that the coupling efficiency of the switch is higher than 85%, its function time is less than lms.The laser driven pyro-optical switch can improve the reliability of safe transmission/partition for laser initiation system.
