摘要
为了降低DDNP生产废水对环境的污染,通过在合成DDNP重氮化反应的过程中加入PETN猛炸药,制备出了新型DDNP/PETN微起爆药,并采用正交试验优化出了最佳工艺条件。利用扫描电子显微镜对DDNP/PETN微起爆药进行了微观结构表征,并通过铅板试验、水下爆炸能量试验测试了DDNP/PETN微起爆药的起爆性能。结果表明:新型DDNP/PETN微起爆药的起爆性能良好,其中的DDNP与PETN紧密结合,有利于爆轰的成长和传播。
A new minimized primary explosive DDNP/PETN was prepared by adding PETN into DDNP, in order to reduce wastewater pollution of DDNP production. Optimum conditions were elected by orthogonal test. Its microstructure was characterized by the SEM, and its initiating properties were measured through lead plate test and underwater explosion test. The result show that the initiating properties of the new minimized primary explosive DDNP/PETN was well, the components DDNP and PETN combined tightly, which was benefit for the formation and propagation of detonation.
