氮素营养胁迫对匙叶天南星生长及光合特性的影响

Effects of Nitrogen Nutrition Stress on the Growth and Photosynthetic Characteristics of Spathiphyllum palls Hort.

采用水培方法研究证明了氮素营养水平对匙叶天南星的生长及光合特性有很大影响。在本研究条件下 ,以植株生长量和观赏品质为衡量指标 ,最佳的氮素营养浓度为16mmol/L。

The effects of nitrogen nutrition stress on the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of Spathiphyllum palls in hydroponic culture were investigated.The results showed that the growth,photosynthetic rate,respiratory rate and ornamental quality were significantly influenced by the concentration of nitrogen in nutrient solution,the fresh weight and dry weight,the content of chlorophyll in leaves,photosynthetic rate and the Fv/Fm,q P and ФPSⅡ increased and respiratory rate declined with the increasing of nitrogen content in nutrient solution,the optimum concentration of nitrogen in nutrient solution for the growth and the ornamental quality of Spathiphyllum palls was 16mmol/L.The parameter of leaf chlorophyll fluorescence induction kinetic could be served as an indicator of plant’s suitability to the nutritional condition.
