超声提取-HPLC/MC法分析猕猴桃中的有机磷农残 被引量:5

Analysis of organophosphorous pesticide residue in Kiwi fruit by ultrasonic extraction and HPLC with matrix- matched calibration

摘要 目的建立超声波辅助提取-高效液相色谱(HPLC)检测的方法,同时分离分析猕猴桃果实中的3种有机磷农残。方法用正己烷:丙酮(80%,V∶V)超声提取后,经HPLC-UV检测,采用基体匹配法校准曲线有效降低了样品的基体效应。结果 3种有机磷农药分离较好,其线性范围为0.10μg/ml~1.00μg/ml;检出限(LOD)介于0.005μg/ml~0.014μg/ml;加标回收率(R)在76.30%~95.00%之间。结论该方法简便易行,且精密度高,准确度好,具有很大的实用价值。 Objective To establish a method by ultrasonic - assisted extraction - HPLC for separation and analysis of three kinds of organophosphorous pesticides in kiwi fruit simultaneously. Methods The targeted analytes were extracted by n - hex- ane :acetone (80%, V:V) and detected by HPLC. The matrix matching method was applied to calibrate the linearity of the curve to reduce the substrate effect. Results The three kinds of organophosphorous pesticides were separated well in the linear range of 0.10 p,g/ml-1.00 μg/ml, the limits of detection (LOD) were between 0. 005 μg/ml -0.014 μg/ml, and the average re Coveries of different levels were 76.30% - 95.00%. Conclusion It is proved that the method was good at practicability, pre-cision and accuracy, easy to operate.
