孕妇感染B群无乳链球菌的耐药性分析 被引量:9

Resistance analysis of group B streptococcus agalactiae in pregnant women

摘要 目的研究95株无乳链球菌对常用8种抗生素的耐药情况,并对其进行分析,以期指导临床合理治疗,减少分娩新生儿的并发症。方法采用西门子公司的MicroScan WalkAway 40S1进行菌株鉴定,同时采用K-B法测定其对8种常用抗生素的敏感情况。结果所有无乳链球菌对青霉素和氨苄西林均敏感;对利奈唑烷及万古霉素全敏感,但是对左氧氟沙星、克林霉素、红霉素及四环素的敏感性较差,敏感率分别为54.7%,44.2%,21.1%及8.4%。结论青霉素、氨苄西林作为治疗无乳链球菌感染的首选药物,对青霉素过敏的患者可以根据药敏结果选用红霉素和克林霉素,头孢菌素类抗生素可作为二线的选择药物。实验室常规准确报告无乳链球菌药物敏感结果,对指导临床医生合理选择抗生素,治疗无乳链球菌感染具有重要意义。 Objective To analyze the drug resistance status of 95 clinical streptococcus agalactiae strains to 8 commonly used antibiotics, so as to guide clinical rational therapy and reduce birth complications. Methods Streptococcus agalactiae was i- dentified using MicroScan WalkAway 40S1 of Siemens company, while the K - B method was used to determine the susceptibili- ty to 8 commonly used antibiotics. Results All streptococcus agalactiae were sensitive to penicillin, ampicillin, linezolid and vancomycin, but less sensitive to left - ofloxaein, clindamycin, erythromycin and tetracycline, the drug sensitivities were 54.7% , 44.2% , 21.1% and 8.4% , respectively. Conclusion Penicillin and ampicillin is the primary drug treatment for streptococcal infection. If the patient is hypersusceptible to them, erythromycin and clindamycin can be substitutes according to susceptibility test results, and cephalosporin antibiotics can be used as the second - line drug. It is very important for doctors to receive accurate routine drug susceptibility results of laboratory, in order to guide the reasonable selection of antibiotics.
