Through an analysis on the changes of the running parameters of reverse osmosis unit running after a period of time, we can infer that the length of time in stop washing has influence on the fouling conditions and running parameters of the unit. This paper emphatically discusses the importance of washing the thick water remaining in the unit in the stop of reverse osmosis unit, and through the comparative analysis on the data before and after the adjustment of washing time, points out the direction of scientific daily operation of reverse osmosis unit, which has excellent reference value for extending unit＇ s service life and reducing unit＇ s running cost.
