摘要
目的探讨关节镜下微创治疗继发型腘窝囊肿的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析洪湖市中医院于2007年6月至2011年6月在关节镜下行继发型腘窝囊肿微创手术治疗21例患者的临床资料。其中男7例,女14例。年龄45岁～65岁,平均年龄56岁。全部为单膝。按Rauschning和Lindgren腘窝囊肿分级法分类,其中Ⅱ级15例,Ⅲ级6例。结果所有患者全部获得随访,随访时间为6～18个月,未见复发病例,疗效满意。结论关节镜下微创手术治疗继发型腘窝囊肿是一种可行、复发率低、疗效满意的一种治疗方式。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of arthroscopic minimally inuasive surgery on secondary popliteal cyst.Methods The clinical data of 21 patients with secondary popliteal cyst undenwent arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery from June 2007 to June 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.Including 7 males and 14 females,aged 45-65 years old,all on one knee.According to Rauschning and Lindgren popliteal cyst classification method,including 15 cases of grade Ⅱ,6 cases of grade Ⅲ.Results All the patients were followed up for 6 months to 18 months,there was no recurrence,and the results were satisfactory.Conclusion Arthroscopic minimally invasive surgical treatment for secondary popliteal cyst is feasible,has low recurrence rate,and the efficacy is satisfactory.
