根据鼻中隔偏曲制定个体化鼻内镜治疗方案的临床应用研究

Clinical study of individualization of nasal endoscopy treatment therapy according to deviation of nasal septum

目的探讨根据鼻中隔偏曲制定个体化鼻内镜治疗方案的临床应用价值,以提高鼻中隔偏曲的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析103例鼻中隔偏曲患者行个体化鼻内镜治疗的临床资料。结果术后随访3～6个月,治愈98例,好转5例,无效0例,所有患者鼻中隔居中,无穿孔,无鼻中隔飘动,鼻腔通气良好。结论根据鼻中隔偏曲制定个体化鼻内镜治疗,疗效好,并发症少,安全性高,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To study the clinical application value of individualized nasal endoscopy on deviation of nasal septum, in order to improve the cure rate. Methods The clinical data of 103 consecutive patients with deviation of nasal septum treated by individualization of nasal endoscopy were analyzed. Results After follow - up for 3 - 6 months, 98 cases were cured, 5 cases improved and no case failed. All patients with deviation of nasal septum were successfully corrected with satisfactory ventilation in both sides of nasal cavity. No perforation or flop of nasal septum occurred. Conclusion Treatment of deviation of nasal septum by individualization of nosal endoscopy, has good efficacy, less complication and high safety, it is worthy to be popularized.
