新疆甜瓜对瓜类疫霉菌抗性的诱导 被引量:2

摘要 用弱致病的和灭活的瓜类疫霉菌 (Phytophthoramelonis)培养物成功地诱导了新疆甜瓜对瓜类疫霉病的整体抗性 ,抗性持续可达 2 1d 。 The resistance of Hami melon (Cucumis melo L.) against Phytophthora melonis was successfully induced by the weak infectious strain and the devitalized suspension culture of Phytophthora melonis. The results showed that the efficacy of induced resistance on the plant were sustained for three weeks. Different treatment methods in inducement and the interval time of two inoculation were discussed.
