摘要 利用芽苞、茎尖和茎段为外植体.在MS培养基中加入不同质量浓度的6-苄基氨基腺嘌呤(6-BA)、萘乙酸(NAA)、吲哚丁酸(IBA)、对东北红豆杉进行了微繁技术的研究。在诱导不定芽时.以芽苞为外植体.不定芽发生数量较茎尖和茎段多。在MS培养基中单独加入萘乙酸(NAA)质量浓度为2.0mg/L时芽体增殖最多。不定根发生形式有愈伤组织生根型与皮层生根型2种。不定根发生率因母树年龄的增大而降低。当培养基中IBA含量较高时( 4~ 6 mg/L)不定根发生率也较高。组培苗驯化时、以苔藓为基质较好、同时控制适宜的温湿度可以提高成活率。 The technology of micro-propagation of Taxus cuspidata wag studied with new buds. tips of stem and sections of stem. The culture medium was MS supplemented with different quality concentration of 6-BA, NAA and IBA respectively or combinedly. More adventitious buds were produced with new buds as explant than the others. Nineteen adventitious buds were formed in the medium with 2.0mg/L NAA and without other hormone, which was the most number in every medium. There are two models of adventitious roots forming which send out from cortex or callus. The younger the original trees. the higher the rooting rate of explants. The rooting rate will be higher if putting more IBA (4-6mg/L) in medium. The survival rate of tubes-seedling was higher when they were planted in moss with suitable temperature and humidity.
