摘要 首次成功地制备出ZT-3载体固体酸催化剂,并用于多相催化合成松香季戊四醇酯。通过正交实验.系统地研究了原料配比。反应温度、反应时间和催化剂用量对酯化率和产品质量的影响规律。确定了最佳工艺参数:松香和季戊四醇原料配比3: 1,反应时间 6h,反应温度260℃.催化剂用量5%,保护气体为CO2并利用 XPS和IR技术对催化剂活性以及失活原因进行了剖析。实验表明:本工艺与文献法[8]相比,反应时间缩短1~2h,反应温度降低10~20℃。产品质量指标均优于部颁标准,且实现了催化剂与产品的分离、可再利用。 The ZT-3 suport solidacid catalyst was prepared firstly and used to synthesize pentaerythritol rosin easter with heterogeneous catalytic method. The effects of ration of reactive material and reactive temperature and time on the quality of product were studied. The optimum process factor rosin: pentaerythritol=3:1, time (6h). temperature (260℃). quantity of catalyst (5%) and protective gas (CO2) were determined. The activity of catalyst and the cause to set it out of action were also analyzed. The reactive time (1-2h) and temperature (10-20) was reduced. the quality of product was better than the standard. and the catalyst was separated from product. which can be used again.
