To Improve Juveniles' Self-protection Awareness:A Study of Interaction Between the Victim and the Offender

从被害人与犯罪人的互动关系研究未成年人被害预防是一个创新。以被害人和犯罪人互动关系的含义、特点和表现入手有利于理清犯罪人和未成年被害人之间的脉络关系,分析其易被害的原因,剖析现阶段被害预防措施的不足,最终旨在提出实现未成年人预防被害的具体有效的措施,完善未成年人的自我保护体系。

Based on the point of victim-offender interaction, the study of juvenile victimization prevention is an innovation. An analysis on victim-offender interaction, such as its meaning, feature and performance, has advantages in figuring out the relationship between the offender and juvenile victim. The current research analyze the causes and defects in juvenile victimization prevention. The ultimate goal of this paper is to improve juveniles＂ self-protection awareness and take steps in establishing juvenile victimization prevention systems.
