摘要
非正式组织管理是人本管理的重要内容。结合行政管理学的理论,提出公安辅警队伍非正式组织研究的六个假设;通过问卷调查,对回收数据进行可靠性分析、描述性统计分析、单因素方差分析,并验证假设。在中国文化背景下,辅警是出于情感需求、共同的价值观、人际环境需要而形成的非正式组织,但非正式组织也具有一定的负面影响。基于统计分析结果提出公安辅警队伍正规化建设建议。
The management of informal nrganization is an important part of penple-oriented management. Combined with the theories of administration science, this paper puts forward six assumptions of the research on auxiliary police, and then verifies theIn by conducting reliability analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, and one-way variance analysis of the recovered data. In the context of Chinese cuhure, the auxiliary police take shape as an infi)rmal organization out of emotional needs, shared values, and interpersonal environment, but it has some negative effects. On the basis of the statistical analysis, some proposals are offered ior the regularization of the auxiliary police.
