Abstract： The creative policing in Suzhou Municipal Public Serurity Bureau has provided valuable experience for China＇s policing innovation, and it,; theoretical arhievements should he further studied for promoting China＇s public security work. A case study of Suzhou praetice has revealed thal, by exploring the bottleneck factors restricting the policing innovation, working out solutions, examining the essential factors as well as lhe duplication value of the sustaining development of the innovation, and trying to Irartsform the innovation front an institutional one to a mechanism one, a more heahhy and continuous policing innovation will be guaranteed.
