危害秋芹的根结线虫生态地理居群调查及其防治 被引量:5

摘要 通过对亚热带地区已感土壤根结线虫病害的秋芹生产田间取样调查发现 :寄生秋芹根系危害秋芹生产的土壤根结线虫生态地理居群为勒克瑙根结线虫种 (M .lucknowica)。其居群主要分布在秋芹根系较多的 0~ 15cm土层中。造成勒克瑙根结线虫危害秋芹生产的直接原因是 ,秋芹属于勒克瑙根结线虫的寄主植物。防治勒克瑙根结线虫危害最有效、最经济的方法是利用勒克瑙根结线虫属于专性植物寄生虫的生物学特征 ,实行蔬菜轮作。 From field sampling research of autumnal celery (Apium graveolens) infected with the root-knot nematodes in subtropic zone, we got the following result: the eco-geographic community of parasite on roots of Apium graveolens is M.lucknowica, mainly distributing in the depth of\ 0~15cm of soil with roots of autumnal celery. The direct reason why the root-knot nematodes endanger autumnal celery is that Apium graveolens belongs to the host plant of M.lucknowica.The most effective and economical control is rotation of vegetables according to the biological specific plant parasitic character of M. lucknowica.
